For my part, having an attraction for the profession of strategy, in parallel with my projects, I contributed, for more than a year to a circle of reflection on the evolution of the profession and the function, led by 2 Senior Partners of Kea with about fifteen strategists from different companies. I was then able to develop my writing skills by participating in the writing of the resulting publication. I was able to get involved at every stage of this project.

What seduced me ? It is the great place left to the woman (the man) that you are.
While preparing for my interviews at Kea, I came across the expression " free spirited excellence ".
At the time, other than finding it sounded good, I didn't really dwell on the idea. But, 3 years later, I realize to what extent these 3 words constitute the firm's DNA.
In " free spirited excellence ", there is first of all excellence
