Helping leaders transform their business is our core business
We set up Kea to practice our strategy and management consulting business independently, as we like to do, with a strong ethic and a fresh look at corporate transformation.
Transformation is our specialty: dealing with high-stakes, strategic issues - so far, you might think, nothing very different from other strategy and management consultancies! - while paying particular attention to the human dimension - that's where our uniqueness begins... It's not just a question of rethinking strategy, structures, organization, processes and systems, but at the same time, profoundly altering the professional behavior of company players at all levels.
What is the added value and the role of a transforming consultant ?
It knows how to combine strategy and culture, the technical and the human, the design and setting in motion, the meaning given to the action and the action itself, the "what" with the "how". On a daily basis, it is present with the client, close to the teams, to understand their history, their culture, their ways of doing things and work with them, in co-creation to find the most appropriate solutions and inject the energy that will allow to ensure its success.
