Mission & Positioning

In support of this ambition, Kea & Partners became in March 2020 the leading European strategy consulting firm  to have adopted the quality of "Company with Mission". One year later,  he got  B Corp certification. 

Since its creation, Kea & Partners has been a pioneer and catalyst for the changes to be made in the business world. The PACTE law gave us the opportunity to clearly express our raison d'être – to undertake transformations for a desirable economy – and to reaffirm our original ambition.  – work towards capitalism with a human face.

 

In doing so, we impose ourselves  : 

  • to make our commitments measurable and enforceable within the meaning of the Pacte law, with the support of our Mission Committee  ; a major strategic change, much more than a simple legal amendment,

  • to open a new path in strategy consulting, that of European-style consulting, responsible and committed, by anticipating and contributing to the renewal of practices in the sector.

  • to be a "thought leader" in matters  of responsibility,  through our clubs & think thanks  and the Desirable Economy platform in particular.

Through the Transformation Alliance, a network of independent consulting firms, united by the same values and unique transformation know-how, with the shared ambition of embodying a European alternative.

While the development model of our society is shaken, a transformation into responsibility of our economy is essential. And since companies are the reactor, it is within them that solutions should be sought first. 

As strategy consultants, we have a key role to play  : it's up to us to convince managers that a new business model adapted to the realities of the 21st century is possible. It is up to us to develop action plans that reconcile economic performance and the common good, depending on the specificities of each company.

By desirable economy, we mean a third way in which companies play a major role in making our ways of doing things more responsible.

By going back to the roots of this responsibility, we have drawn its contours around 4 concepts:

  • Collective: an economy that contributes to the commons and creates value for shareholders, customers, employees, society and future generations

  • Time: an economy that reconciles short-term action with an awareness of its long-term impacts to preserve its key assets and its environment

  • Consciousness: an economy that acts with awareness of the effects of its actions on the world and on the future.
  • Power: an economy that shares power and engages all ecosystems and sectors in dialogue and co-creation.

As strategy consultants, we support leaders in building the future of their business. Every day, we work alongside them in 5 major strategic areas:

Exactly one year after moving from Mission-driven Company, Kea was certified B Corp, a complementary although independent action. If becoming a mission-driven company meets strategic dynamic, being labeled B Corp means satisfying international standard. B Corp measures the social and environmental performance of a company and attests to the excellence of its practices in 5 areas: Governance / Employees / Community / Environment / Customers.
