5 stages that will define your career
Julie, Recruitment, Employer Brand and Performance Manager
In Kea, a consultant's potential can be expressed in 3 dimensions
Like many of our colleagues, we strive for EXCELLENCE, but we add to the traditional playground of a strategy and management consultant the art of responsible transformation. To this end, we are gradually training our consultants to be as comfortable with analytics as they are with taking emotions into account, i.e. to reconcile strategic approaches and everything related to corporate culture, and to constantly innovate in their approaches.
We encourage CRITICISM AND PROPOSAL: we challenge our consultants to form convictions on the issues of their choice and to express them loudly and clearly. We expect them to engage with our clients, to share their concerns and to challenge them in their decisions and actions.
We cultivate A STYLE FIT FOR OUR NATURE AND SINGULARITY: no arrogance, empathy, humility and a strong ambition to put our clients first. Our consultants have the ability to be quickly and successfully welcomed into client teams, and are respected for their impact and ability to interact with both the C-suite and the operational staff who are at the heart of a company's transformation. .
