The DareWin growth plan, which aims to double Kéa's turnover and workforce before 2026, is designed to make Kea the leading French consulting group for C and E-Levels. This objective is based on a strategy of expansion for the Kéa Group and the hybridization of skills through external growth operations.

​Founded in 1997 by Richard Barrett, the Barrett Values Center provides quantification tools to measure and manage the culture of an organization and the leadership improvement needs of its leaders and managers. The associated methodology is based on a classification of the values, principles or motivating factors of employees and aims to identify the gaps between personal values, the values of the corporate culture to date and the desired values, between different groups, or even possibly between two companies wanting to get closer. Examination of limiting values makes it possible to measure the cultural entropy of an organization, ie the amount of energy expended in non-productive work; it is a measure of existing conflicts, frictions and frustrations. Kea & Partners is one of the BVC / CVA approved firms in France.

Enioka is one of the Kéa Group's leading partners for managing the complexity of information systems, notably through an ultra-efficient modeling service. Its services are based on innovative tools and meta-models developed by the firm.

Kea & Partners contributed to the incubation of Tech Care for All (TC4A) , a start-up specializing in the deployment of e-health technologies in Africa and Asia. This partnership offers healthcare players proven digital solutions, supporting their adaptation and deployment in local contexts.

In the course of our work on projects, we occasionally call on the expertise of QualiQuanti , which defends an enriched approach to studies - the hyperquali - that mobilizes more than 500,000 consumers worldwide. This approach is based on a holistic and cultural one that takes into account brands and markets.

It is imperative that our practice of the profession evolve at the same pace as our customers. We actively contribute to numerous clubs and think tanks, including the Institute of Sociodynamics, Community of Mission-Driven Businesses, IFM Foundation, Sully Committee, and many others.
