An alert company is both on the alert and quick to react, both:

  • ON ALERT; i.e. able to use its links with customers and its ecosystem to detect weak signals, to detect trends at work, both externally and internally, to anticipate changes, to lead, to decide and to act. Once the decisions have been made, you must be able to move quickly, increase the speed of execution, test new modes of action.

  • ALERT, capable of detecting weak signals and anticipating the changes to be made, knowing how to capture the trends at work, both outside and inside the company, and designing ad hoc monitoring and measurement devices.

 

However, moving fast does not mean always and everywhere agitating.The vigilant company must know how to maintain its coherence, rely on its verticality.

It must be clear about where it wants to go, have an INSPIRED VISION that gives meaning, unites energies, helps to stay the course in an uncertain world.

It also shouldn't forget who it is. Companies sometimes need to mimic the market, and sometimes they need to assert their uniqueness. CORPORATE PERSONALITY should not be diluted. Each company can be modeled on three to five intangible systems that make it incomparable and are all competitive assets. Identifying and strengthening a company's personality is a way of anchoring itself in a difficult and fluctuating market.

Finally, the company cannot be vigilant if the people who make it up are not. Therefore, it is necessary to develop their AUTONOMY and to promote their autonomy. It is about building organizations with simplified processes, empowering teams through trust, the right to make mistakes and experiment that we grant them, and alternative methods of control.
