Kea has committed itself to this innovative and demanding approach with the support of its mission committee. This new type of governance is a strong indicator of “mission-driven companies” within the meaning of the PACTE law, distinguishing them from those who have adopted a purpose only.

Bringing together high-level professionals, demanding and enlightened on the issues of responsibility, our Mission Committee ensures the achievement of the firm's mission, on the basis of indicators and tools for measurement and progress. Our Mission Committee is made up of high-caliber professionals who are both demanding and well-informed about the challenges of responsibility, and ensures that the firm's mission is carried out on the basis of indicators and tools for measurement and progress.

Its contribution focuses in particular on monitoring the three statutory, measurable and enforceable objectives that make up Kea's mission:

  • Towards its customers  : to guide CEOs  and companies towards sustainable success, combining performance and contribution to the common goods.

  • Towards its ecosystem: to promote innovation in responsible transformation.

  • Towards its employees: to enable everyone to be an entrepreneur in a changing world.

Mission Committee

Stakeholders & consultants brought together

Undertaking transformations for a desirable economy” is the mission enshrined in our statutes on March 9, 2020; a mission that has since resonated even more strongly. More than ever, the current crisis requires companies to demonstrate, by force of evidence, their role in meeting the challenges of our contemporary world, in synergy with governments, financial players and civil society.

Beyond this evaluation function, the Mission Committee acts as a strategic mirror: it pushes us to open uo the field of possibilities to work on Kea's mission with maximum impact.

It is made up of 10 members, including 6 external stakeholders and 4 Kea consultants.

" As a mission-driven company, Kea  is committed to working towards a more resilient and sustainable model of society. A remarkable decision for a consulting firm, which positions Kea  both as a precursor and a catalyst for the changes to be made; moreover, wwith a central role to play with multiple stakeholders. A long-standing commitment, which takes on its full meaning today when the world is going through such a critical period. The setting up of our Mission Committee is an exciting and essential step in the implementation of our objectives. »

Bertrand Abauzit, Director of Knowledge Sharing and Cohesion at Saint Gobain

" Today, the purpose of companies and their contribution to society are widely questioned, a phenomenon amplified by the current crisis. Are the products and services meaningful or useful? Can the poorest people access them? The debate on sovereignty and the common good is challenging managers to consider their company's contribution to the general interest. Traditional financial indicators are no longer sufficient. Europe - and France in the lead - has what it takes to embody a sustainable alternative, reconciling economic performance and contribution to the common good ”
