It's accepting questioning and questioning yourself as often as possible. It is also knowing how to rejoice first in the success of his client, before being satisfied with his own work.

According to U.S, there is no good strategy that is only interested in the target.
I like the conception we have of excellence and I participate in cultivating it with great pleasure.
We are convinced of our added value as a consultant, but, in our daily practice with our clients, we strive to remain discreet, not to put ourselves forward too much. We are careful to first let our customers walk in the lead, we stay one step behind them, sometimes considerate, sometimes pressing, but never in front like a standard bearer. Our daily action is at their side and should lead them to imagine, formalize their own project, whatever it is, and help them create the conditions to make it happen in the field. And that is not by imposing models, nor by thinking and working "in the bedroom" that we achieve this, but by putting our expertise in the hands of the decision-makers with whom we work in the field. Of course, most of the time they don't do everything by themselves, we actively contribute to the reflection, the analysis, the design, but what is essential is this spirit of co-creation in which we work together.
Excellence for us consists in putting as much intelligence and know-how into the way of implementing projects as into their content.
According to U.S, there is no good strategy that is only interested in the target. No target can be reached without taking a path drawn and not just any, nor just any how. And it is often the way of taking the path or the path itself, which prevents the achievement of the fixed goal. So, no matter how specific the sectoral or functional expertise, we never begin to design a project on paper without having thought about, chosen and begun with our client the path that will lead him to his objective.
Finally, knowing how to place our ambition at the service of our clients' projects is also part of our conception of excellence.
We never take the data of the problem for granted. Our openness, our collaborations with professionals outside of consulting, our know-how and our knowledge allow us to seek to challenge the obvious, to make our customers see things From another angle, at encourage them to go beyond their initial objective.
In March 2006, after a first experience as director of a bank branch, I chose to join the consultants of Kea, convinced by the rigor and the quality of their methods, the sincerity of their convictions and the singularity of their "style", of their way of being, which contrasted with those of many of their colleagues. It's been 13 now years, and I still adhere as much to the profession of consultant in strategy and management as we practice it.
